Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy (“policy”) will help you understand how Hanneke Antonelli Business Coaching (“us”, “we”, “our”) handles sales and refunds when you visit and use www.hannekeantonelli.com (“website”, “service”).

We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.

Refunds:

When you buy a package from Hanneke Antonelli Coaching, she commits to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason:All deposits is non-refundable.

Upon execution of this Agreement, the client agrees to pay the full amount of the Contract Fee (see Termination Clause for grounds for cancellation of the contract.)

If the client cancels attendance at, or participation in, the service they purchased for any reason, the client will not be entitled to receive a refund. I

If Hanneke is unable to render a portion of the Program as agreed and no suitable rescheduling can be arranged then a refund for that portion only of the Program will be made to the client.

Termination:

Agreements and the coaching relationship automatically terminate at the end of the coaching package, as set out on the sales page and in the contract that will be sent after payment is received.

You may terminate this agreement and cease consultations with written notice to Hanneke Antonelli. Remember, in the event of early termination for any reason other than a breakdown of the coach-client relationship, you remain responsible for the full package price and if you elect to pay in installments, you will still remain responsible for the remaining installment payments. 

The client can cease consultations by giving a 60-day written cancellation notice to the Hanneke Antonelli.
